Requests made during normal business hours will receive a quote within 1 business day! During “Grad” season we do try to get quotes out in under 1 business day.

When requesting a quote please make sure you include full details of your intended order including style needed, colors, date you would like your Grad Sash/Pageant Sash, quantity needed, titles, etc. If you have any graphics or logos needed please upload those on your quote request. If you have a design already in mind please upload that as well.

*Date you would like your item should not be the date of your event. This date should be at least 2 days before your actual event.

* Expedited orders can be offered on a first come, first served basis and an upcharge for expedited processing and expedited shipping.

Once you have received a quote and you are ready to purchase, please triple check the details. Adjustments needed should be emailed to us prior to purchase and the changes should be reflected on your quote or invoice. Once adjustments are made we will let you know how to proceed with your purchase. This will be dependent on if you are doing a purchase order (for approved customers only), by check, by credit card etc.

*If paying by check, your order will not be started until your payment has cleared.
